Here at Waikawa Fresh we specialise in growing fancy lettuce, watercress and herbs year round to supply local and national customers.
We do lots of things to maximise product freshness and flavour, and we prefer the use of organic methods to control pests.
Our Products
Fresh salad greens, watercress and tasty herbs, all our products are grown by us from seed.
We don’t use nasty sprays or chemical washes, if we do get some annoying pests we prefer to use organic methods. Better greens!
